Quality prints from the very first time

Get dark blacks, true neutral greys, and vivid colours with six original HP inks and the HP printhead. The inks are offered in the following sizes: 40ml or 130ml for all colours (photo black, cyan, magenta, yellow, grey); and 69ml, 130ml or 300ml in matte black. The printhead offers new technological advances and covers all colours. The new technology allows for faster and more accurate printing with less ink usage. This is partly due to the new design which has the ability to force out air from the ink through increased heating – which in turn allows the droplets of ink to be more focused and accurate – and thereby reducing the amount of ink used.

Effortless and Space saving

Help cut downtime – print multiple jobs on different media types and sizes with two rolls and smart switching. Load paper rolls effortlessly – even when seated – thanks to the reduced height of the Designjet which enables easy pickup of the prints from the integrated output stacking tray at the rear of the printer. The stacking tray option can be switched on/off as required, but will allow all of your prints to rest nicely on the stacker without getting damaged due to multiple pile-ups in the media bin. For urgent jobs you are also able to bypass the normal print queue and output separately – ideal if you’re on your way to an urgent client meeting and need to reprint something ahead of your colleagues. The printer also offers a clear window across the top of the printer to enable you to view and check the printout as it’s being printed. The printer has also been especially designed with a flat surface on the top – which is a design feature to enable you to quickly check your prints while still at the printer.
